Polish citizens can vote at Polish Embassy in Tel Aviv from 6.00 till 20.00 on Sunday 4th of July 2010.You should notify the fact that you want to vote to the Consular Section till 1st of July 2010. It’s also possible to do it by sending e-mail, fax, letter or calling. Notification has to contain:

• names and family names
• father’s name
• date of birth
• address in Poland (if you are short-term visitor in Israel)
• address in Israel (if you are resident in Israel)
• number of polish passport, date of issue and issuing authority
